🎄 About the Tree
How tall and wide is the tree?
The Frosted Glow Fir is 6 ft tall and about 14 inches wide at the base, so it works well in living rooms, apartments, and entryways.
How many lights does it have?
It comes pre-lit with warm white LED lights, already spread evenly through the branches. Just plug it in.
Does the flocking shed?
A little during the first setup, which is normal for any flocked tree. Most of it happens while you fluff the branches, and it settles down after that. We recommend setting it up over a sheet the first time.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. The tree comes in 3 sections with hinged branches. Put the stand together, stack the sections, plug in the lights, and fluff the branches. Most people finish in 10–15 minutes.
Can I use it outdoors?
The tree is designed for indoor use.
What if part of the lights stops working?
First, check that all the sections are fully connected and the plug is secure. If a section still won’t light, email us a photo or video within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement part or make it right.
How do I store it after the holidays?
Take it apart section by section, fold the branches up, and store it in its original box or a tree storage bag in a cool, dry place. Stored this way, it will last many seasons.
📦 Shipping
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders process in 1–3 business days, then arrive in about 5-8 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your tree ships.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas. Orders after that date still ship, but we can’t guarantee delivery by December 25.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll update it before your order ships.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What if my tree arrives damaged?
Email us photos or a video within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement, a replacement part, or a full refund. In most cases you won’t need to send anything back.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, undecorated, and in its original packaging. Customers pay return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Please email us before sending anything back.
Do you have holiday returns?
Yes! Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 15.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours, or anytime before it ships, for a full refund.
